VANCOUVER – The City of Vancouver is announcing road rehabilitation work across approximately six kilometres of major routes is set to be begin next month, representing a capital investment of more than $15 million.
Alongside repaving work, the city is making other upgrades to improve conditions for those who walk, bike, take transit and drive along these key corridors.
“Investing in road maintenance is about taking care of the basics that residents rely on daily,” said Mayor Ken Sim in a statement. “Rehabilitation projects like this help maintain a safe and reliable road network and helps extend the lifespan of our roads so they can continue to serve Vancouverites into the future.”

The city notes projects in South Cambie and West Point Grey are being delivered in partnership with TransLink, through their Major Road Network program.
