1. Peace River Nuclear Power Project - Energy Alberta
Site work for a power facility in Peace River, Alberta. Design plans call for site work for a power facility. Construction of a large-scale nuclear power generating plant in Peace River Region capable of producing up to 4,800 megawatts of power. The plant will have four (4) CANDU MONARK reactors, each providing 1000MW of electricity to Alberta’s electrical grid. Two locations are currently under consideration:
1 – East of Highway 743 and south of Township Road 864, about 30 km north of the Town of Peace River. This site is within the County of Northern Lights.
2 – North of Highway 986 and Township Road 854, next to Range Road 203, also about 30 km north of the Town of Peace River. This site is within the Northern Sunrise County.

2. Pathways Alliance - Foundational CCS Project
Site work for a mixed-use development in Cold Lake, Alberta. Design plans call for site work for a pipeline; and power facility. Construction of a 400-kilometre liquid CO2 transportation line that could eventually link over 20 CCS facilities with a carbon storage hub in northeast Alberta. The network is expected to have the capacity to transport captured CO2 from over 20 oil sands facilities in Fort McMurray region to a joint carbon storage hub in the Cold Lake Region.

3. Moraine Power Generation Project
Site work for a mixed-use development in Whitecourt, Alberta. Design plans call for site work for a power facility; and pipeline. Construction of a 465-megawatt gas-fired power facility approx. 10 kilometres west of Whitecourt that will include CO2 capture and a pipeline to an underground storage hub. The facility will be fueled by sweet natural gas via a 30 km pipeline from the NGTL Windfall Meter Station to the power generation facility.
