METRO VANCOUVER — Developer Strand, in partnership with Avison Young, has announced the launch of The Layla, a newly completed, purpose-built rental community constructed by Axiom Builders in West Coquitlam’s Oakdale neighbourhood.
The development includes 103 homes along with several amenities such as a fully equipped gym, a landscaped community courtyard, a social lounge and dedicated guest suites.
Located at 633 Gardena Dr., the community is in close proximity to Burquitlam Station and has a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes.
