2. Mactaquac Life Achievement Project - Generating Station Upgrades
Site work for a power facility in Keswick Ridge, New Brunswick. Design plans call for site work for a power facility. Upgrades and repairs to the 660-MW power generation station to ensure that it will be able to operate to its intended 100-year lifespan until 2068 through equipment maintenance and replacement. The scope of the project includes the replacement of six turbine in the powerhouse and an expense of $100-million for upgrades for fish passage.

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Port Hood, Nova Scotia. Working plans call for the construction of a power facility. Construction of a green hydrogen production facility at the former Nustar Energy transshipment terminal in Point Tupper, NS. Phase 1 of the project will include conversion of the terminal to turn wind energy purchased from NS Power into hydrogen (set to produce approx. 240,000 tonnes/year of green ammonnia). Phase 2 will include addition of onshore wind farm to expand production (2+ GW).
